Product Overview
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is the cornerstone of fluoropolymers, widely acknowledged for its exceptional chemical resistance, extremely low coefficient of friction, excellent high-temperature stability (capable of continuous operation up to 260°C), and superior electrical insulation properties. It exhibits inertness to almost all industrial chemicals and solvents, rendering it essential for challenging applications in the aerospace, chemical processing, electronics, and medical sectors.
PTFE powders are commonly processed through compression molding, paste extrusion, or ram extrusion, facilitating the manufacture of high-performance components such as seals, gaskets, insulating parts, and non-stick surfaces.
Application
The granular molding powder PTFE is suitable for mould pressing process and making rod, sheet, pipe, film and washer material. The molding powder fine particle size PTFE resin is suitable for making insulating film and filling materials. The appearance is white particle and it has excellent physical property like chemical stability, electrical property and low friction coefficient.
Package
The products need to be packed inside two layers plastic bags and put in hard paper drums. The net weight is 25Kg per drum. The qualification certificate needs to be put on each drum.
Storage and Transportation
The products belong to non-dangerous cargo. Moisture and strong oscillation need to be avoided during transportation. The products need to be stored in clean, shady and dry warehouse to prevent from dust and moisture, etc.
